Johan is chairman of the Supervisory Board and has a focus on legal and compliance. He has been a partner at Allen & Overy, at Jones Day and senior counsel at HoganLovells. He is presently lawyer/of counsel at Greenberg Traurig and is a non-executive member of listed and non-listed companies. Johan is specialized in public and private mergers and acquisitions, both in negotiated and contested transactions, corporate litigation and boardroom counseling. Johan is a corporate litigator and boardroom counselor. He is a frequent speaker at conferences on topics relating to his area of expertise.
