Sander Halsema works at O2 Capital Partners, a hands-on Private Equity firm that invests in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, with a long term perspective. He is involved in acquiring as well as supporting the portfolio companies. Besides optimizing existing business model, both strategical as operational, he supports entrepreneurs by optimizing the financial structure of their company, including M&A buy and sell assistance. Sander holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Twente. After graduation, Sander started his career at Philips Semiconductors where he gained 8 years of international experience in the HighTech Industry and developed his passion for Tech. Sander continued his career at Rabobank International where he was active in Corporate Finance and Industry Knowledge. Sander is a member of the investment committee on behalf of O2 Capital Partners.
